Humble beginnings

I would love to tell you an in-vogue story about a garage, a light-bulb and some uni students, but I'm afraid we've come from more humble beginnings.

We formed in early 2006 to provide a practical alternative for contract based software and to explore our own concepts and ideas. Three partners strong, we have shared a great working relationship over the past 5 years.

When tallying up our years in the IT industry, we were a little surprised at the result: over 26 years shared experience. Feeling a tad older, if not wiser, we were determined to take a fresh and energetic approach to software development: JX2 Technology was born.

Our tertiary qualifications speak for themselves but to summarise our careers: we each started on the front-line, fielding help desk calls and installing systems. We quickly rose through the ranks to software engineer, developer and architect respectively.

Our experience has taught us one thing: software is not about computers, it's about people. Having the right people and adopting a down-to-earth and inclusive approach promotes great software.

It's this philosophy on which we have based our motto "design.develop.succeed". It reflects our attitude that our systems are designed and developed to increase efficiency and succeed in your organisation.

In essence, our mission is to improve business processes through software, providing real return on investment.
